How do I send back a return?

If you would like to return your order for any reason, please return it to us within 30 days. Please return package your order and post it back to the below address, including a copy of your packing slip. Please state on the picking slip the reason for your return:

We unfortunately don’t offer free returns, unless your product has been damaged or is faulty.

We recommend using a recorded postal service for your returns as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are damaged or go missing whilst in transit.

What if my product is damaged?

If your Stance product has inadvertently become damaged during transit, or there is a fault with the product, please contact us to organise your return. One of our team members will be in contact to organise your return.

What is your returns policy?

We will offer a refund on all orders, if the product is sent back to us in its original condition within 30 days of ordering.

Socks - Socks must be unworn and have the tags attached. 

Underwear - All underwear (men's, boy's & women's) must be unworn and unopened in the original packaging. 

T-Shirts - T-Shirts must be unworn and still have the tags attached.

Stance Europe cannot refund any delivery charges, unless an item is faulty or sent in error.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once we receive your item as a return, it can take up to 5 working days to process your return. Any refunds issued can take up to 7 days to appear in your account. We can only refund the account that originally made the purchase.

Am I able to exchange my order?

At this time we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to change the product you ordered, we would suggest processing a return and placing a new order.

Do you offer free shipping on returns?

We only offer free shipping for returns for any damaged products, or if a product has been sent in error.

Can I return Stance products purchased at another retailer?

Stance Europe is only able to accept returns of orders placed directly through www.stance.eu.com If you purchased your product elsewhere, please return it directly to that retailer.
